I'm Soundous Boualam

founder + visionary

Cross-cultural communication expert with a passion for empowering women and minorities in the digital creator economy. Following my degree at the University of Cambridge, I gained a global perspective on identity, purpose, and resilience. I moved to Belgium to work at the European Parliament focusing on digital initiatives that aimed to bring people closer to the institution.

Driven by my commitment to storytelling and connection, I created Humans of the EU, an award-winning project that humanized the European Parliament by sharing the stories of its people. In just two years, I also built a following of 400,000 on social media, launching programs that help women and minorities build confidence, develop communication skills, and grow their online presence. 

Through my work, I aim to bridge cultures and foster a more inclusive digital landscape, where underrepresented voices can thrive and lead.
